Health and Wellness / Market Bazaar Registration
The H&W Village is open to related health and wellness organizations and nonprofits interested in tabling at CelebrAsian. A maximum of two representatives per table is allowed, unless providing a free service (e.g., health screenings). Registration fee is the same for 1 or 2 days (Non-profit/Government Agency is $250 and Individual/Business is $350).
Each registration includes:
One table and two chairs
Shared tent space
Basic electricity
Requirements for Health & Wellness Organizations:
Has a health/wellness impact through education, demonstration, or service provided to festival attendees.
Requirements for Non-Profit Organizations:
Registered 501c3.
Have products/services relevant to the AAPI communities.
Requirements for Individual-Owned Businesses or Start-Ups (Market Bazaar):
Must be individually owned and operated by no more than 2 individuals.
It must be a start-up or side business, not a full-time operation.
Must be able to showcase product/service on a single table.
