IAA is ready for our 10th Annual AsianFest, and we hope you are too, in celebrating our milestone achievement for Eastern Iowa! Last year, we welcomed over 8,000 attendees to immerse themselves in the sights, sounds, and tastes of Asia—from cultural exhibits and history to authentic food, live music, cultural performances, sports, martial arts, and family-friendly activities. It is only with your participation that we can host this rich cultural event that helps make Iowa a vibrant, inclusive place to live, work, and play.

Important Information for Vendors and Exhibitors:
Timely Submission Encouraged: We cannot guarantee participation at AsianFest, so timely submission is encouraged. Should there be no availability or space at the time of your application, we will refund your payment.
IAA AsianFest’s Discretion: IAA AsianFest reserves the right to exclude vendor applicants whose products and/or services are inconsistent with the mission and vision of IAA.
Full Duration Commitment: Final registered vendors are required to staff their tent for the full duration of AsianFest.
