CALLING ALL PHO KING CHEFS
If your pho is better than your momma’s, enter the Pho King Cook-Off today to defend or claim your throne. You can be crowned the 2022 Pho King Chef by our judges or take home the 2022 Pho King People’s Choice Award. And perhaps both…if you are that good. In addition to the pho cook-off, we also host the Sidekick Challenge. This year’s Sidekick challenge is Fried Rice however you like it- YUM! You can compete in one or both competitions. So whether you’ve been a competing chef or your first time participating, we are grateful for your time and talent- without you there’s no Pho King Cook-off!
Please submit the following by November 27th deadline:
Online Chef Registration
Each chef will receive one PHO KING CHEF apron.
Chef assistant(s) will receive one PHO KING CHEF shirt – please include shirt sizes.
Each chef will receive a stipend for ingredients.
Email short promotional statement to IAAadmin@IowaAsianAlliance.com.
Include a photo of chef/team and/or business logo
Include a short bio of you and/or your restaurant and why you are entering.
