Chef Dom is the Director of restaurants, Jethro’s BBQ and Splash Seafood. He currently serves as the Executive Chef of Splash Seafood. Chef Dom has opened or consulted on 13 different restaurants in the last 10 years. He has participated as a chef at food festivals and events in three Japanese cities as well as other states and countries. He is passionate about Pho and have visited just about every Pho restaurant in town. His favorite part about eating pho - first is the tasting of the rich broth, followed by the aroma of fresh herbs complimenting the dish, then the texture of the noodles and beef in piping hot broth.
