Wellmark Health & Wellness Village Registration

The Asian Heritage Festival is a celebration of Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) past traditions and contemporary contributions that cultivates life-long understanding. It is a special celebration that builds upon Iowa’s unique history by uniting its diverse AAPI communities and its spectacular showcase of traditional and contemporary cultural pride and identity. The Health & Wellness Village started in 2006 to connect providers

and the AAPI Community to health and wellness services. Wellmark continues to be the leading exclusive sponsor of the Health and Wellness Village since inception. To qualify as a Health and Wellness vendor: your organization/business should have a potential health/wellness impact through education, demonstration or free service provided to festival attendees.

*If your org/business does not provide health/wellness related education and/or service, or not a 501c3 non-profit, please contact IAA for regular vendor rates.

Participants will receive a vendor space consisting of 1 table and 2 chairs under the Health & Wellness Village or Community Village. Tables are required to be staffed the entire day from 11:00am – 7:00pm. Day of the event details and set-up arrangements will be sent out to participants closer to festival dates.

There will also be a small stage where demonstrations and educational activities will takeplace. If your organization would like to schedule a time to provide a demonstration/activity on the stage, please contact Activities Director, Smita Volz, at 515-779-2282 to sign up for a time slot.
